How to Register

Register for the Overview of Local Food Systems Training now!
Foundations in Local Food Systems Development is a prerequisite for the other two courses. 

The 2025-26 run of the Overview of Local Food Systems training program will follow the registration and completion schedule listed below:

Sept. 8 - Oct. 15, 2025: Registration open for all three courses (Foundations, Farm to Fork, and Bottom Line)

October 15, 2025: courses start

April 15, 2026: courses end  

Registration for all courses will be processed through REPORTERNC State University's Registration Center for Non-Credit Activity.
